1.2 Task-Related Data:

Users may voluntarily provide the following data related to tasks:

  • Task name and details
  • Pinned location
  • Task photos

We do not require or store profile photos or any additional personal information.

We use the collected information to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve the App and its features.
  • Facilitate task management within your organization.
  • Communicate with you regarding updates, support, or issues related to the App.

3. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties, except as necessary to:

  • Comply with legal obligations.
  • Protect the rights, property, or safety of TaskTrak, its users, or others.
  • Collaborate with service providers who assist in operating the App (e.g., cloud storage providers). These providers are bound by confidentiality agreements and can only use your data as instructed by us.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be effective upon posting the revised Privacy Policy in the App. Your continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.
